1. Submit your home to the Southwest Multiple Listing Service.
2. Place your home on our home tour @ www.TopAlbuquerqueHomes.com.
3. Your home is promoted & directly linked to www.TopAlbuquerqueHomes.com  through
www.Realtor.com  (capturing US and International Markets),  www.HomesNM.com, and
www.ReMax.com.
4. Feature your home on the 24 hour Bashore Hotline with its own extension at 1-888-701-0422.
5. Your home is promoted and marketed on all colored feature sheets at every Bashore listing.
6. Cooperate in Real Estate tours with Local Realtors to Promote your home.
7. We contact between 20 – 50 people weekly trying to pinpoint a buyer for your home by
prospecting everyday, leads from our internet registrations, hot lines and past clients.
8. Just Listed Post cards mailed out to over 600 residents advertising your home.
9. Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it
even more marketable to the buyer.
10. Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box.
11. We market to the buyer broker community by e-mailing them our listings to keep in mind for
their buyers.
12. Pre-qualify all prospective buyers.
13. Follow-up on all salespeople for feedback who have shown your home.
14. Constantly update you as to any changes in current market conditions.
15. We provide you with monthly current market update of the activity around you.
16. Update you with the number of agents and clients that have viewed your property on the
Multiple Listing System on a monthly basis.
17. Deliver to you a copy of your multiple listing for your approval, as well as a copy of all
advertisements that have been published.
18. Represent you during the presentation of contracts by brokers and help you in negotiating the
possible price and terms on your home.
19. Handle follow-up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage,
title, and other closing procedures.
20. Deliver your check at closing.
